Assetify is an IT asset management platform developed and operated by Assetify, registered in the Netherlands. We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your personal data with care, transparency, and respect for your rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Dutch Implementation Act (Uitvoeringswet AVG).

This privacy statement applies to visitors of our website, users of the Assetify platform, and organizations that enter into a service agreement with us.

Website visitors

IP address, browser type, pages visited, time on page, and cookie preferences. Collected through analytics tools and used solely to improve the website experience.

Platform users

Name, work email address, job title, organization name, and login activity. Collected when you create an account or are invited to a workspace.

Customers & prospects

Contact information, company details, communication history, and billing information. Collected through website forms, sales process, and billing system.

We process personal data for the following purposes:

• To provide and maintain the Assetify platform.
• To manage your account and subscription.
• To respond to support requests and inquiries.
• To send service-related communications including invoices, alerts, and updates.
• To improve our platform and services through anonymized analytics.
• To comply with legal obligations under Dutch and EU law.

We rely on the following grounds under GDPR Article 6:

When processing is necessary to provide you with our services.

Legitimate interests

When we have a legitimate business interest such as improving our services or preventing fraud.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We may share data with the following categories of processors:

• Cloud infrastructure providers for hosting and storage.

All sub-processors are contractually bound to GDPR compliance and process data only within the European Union.

All data is stored in European Union data centers. We apply:

• Encryption in transit and at rest.

We maintain a documented incident response process and will notify you of any breach affecting your data within 24 hours.

We do not transfer personal data outside the European Economic Area. If this changes, we will notify you and ensure appropriate safeguards are in place such as Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.
